
Standard Operating Procedures - Rules.
1). Here at the FBI, we have our own police radio system. we use a dispatch training system to make sure that we
can all parttake that role if the assigned dispatch is not available at the time. You should radio your unit number
to dispatch and wait for a go ahead. it should sound like this "831 to dispatch" -------- "831 go ahead" after you
have recieved the "go ahead" you may procede to broadcast your message. You will be given extensive training
on this topic whilst in base training.
2). This is the official FBI Standard Operating Procedures document (SOP) You must obey
these procedures at all times on duty. Failure to follow these SOP’s may lead to a removal
from the department.
3). Murdering an unarmed civilian, or officer while off duty, or on duty, but not on an operation is
still considered murder and will lead to you being removed from the FBI, and you will be
arrested and sentenced to time in jail for your crime(s).
4). Our case files and information, such as the roster, wanted list, and more is strictly
confidential, and must not be shared to any person(s) who is a lower rank than you, or not
part of the department. Sharing classified information to any person whom is not authorised to
receive that information by a Deputy Director Or above is considered Extortion, Tampering
with police Equipment/evidence, and Theft. You will be Terminated from the FBI, and subject
to arrest, and a full property search.
5). The trade of any items from the department is forbidden. Depending on the items
sold/circumstances at the time, you will be subject to; A strike, demotion, Loss of privileges,
suspension, removal from the FBI, and or arrest. If you have permission from command, this
does not count.
6). The FBI Headquarters is based in Los Diablos. You may only got on duty At that police
station, unless informed by the director himself that you may spawn in Lakeside HQ. If you
are doing training, you many spawn in lakeside/jail, and drive to the Vehicle Training site, or
the firearms training site.
7). Senior special agents and above may drive around lakeside valley in an unmarked vehicle,
and in the appropriate undercover uniform at any given time. Special agents and below must
drive around in a normal Lakeside PD uniform with a lakeside patrol vehicle. Special agents
and below may drive around in undercover uniform/vehicle when assigned to a case.
8). Within The FBI, We have a tactical sert team, and we are proud of their training and skill,
however, we only go out in gear for large scale events, and raids. If FBI: SERT were to
respond to the bank/jail, you may take lead, however, if there is any SWAT members, or
SCO 19 Members online, you must let them take lead upon arrival = we cannot interfere with
other departments SOP’s.
9). Special Agents and above have access to view the wanted list. On this wanted list, you will
find a “top ten section” this is for the ten worst / most high priority or value targets in the state.
People on the top 10 have an automatic grant for a search warrant of their premises, as it
may lead to the successful capture of the suspect
10). When in a covert operation (undercover), you must use the name assigned to you on that
day by the deputy director, or director. If you are to use any other name for an operation, this
will be a strike, or 3 day suspension.
11). Here at the FBI, we expect high standards from each and every agent. You will never
accept a bribe, free a known friend from arrest, or display any form of corruption. You may
be given a strike or suspension depending on the scenario, but it will most likely result in a
permanent removal from the FBI.
12). In the FBI, many people look up to us and rely on us, including other police departments
throughout the united states, especially lakeside valley. This is due to the professional
example we set for all to see. You must keep a cool at all times, and treat civilians with
respect, and courtesy, we don’t want any reports against staff who are found to be rude and
obnoxious to others. This will result in a strike, removal of privilege, or a suspension from
duty.
13). Do not be rude to the Director, or disobey a command. If you ask about a decision the
command team has made, and you are punished due to that action, you only have yourself
to blame. The Director has the final say in all situations, no arguing.
14). If a felon is on the wanted list, but not in the top ten, they do not have an automatic grant for searching their
premises. You must fill out the “Search Warrant” document (Found on website), and hand it in to a judge in a
courtroom, or at one of our FBI HQ’s. Once the judge accepts this, you have authorisation to raid (Head
Special Agent + ONLY).
15). Special Agents have access to the prison list, and wanted menu at all times. Chief of Staff + has access to; IA
List, Prison List, Wanted Menu.
16). If you are undercover, all misdemeanor crimes are pardoned automatically. Any person you
kill/injure, will have a case opened up, and we will investigate, alongside IA Sgt. and higher
to make sure there was no corruption, and you can be pardoned.
17). If you are opening up a previous case, or creating a new case, it must be authorised by the
Director, or Deputy Director
18). Undercover names are to be used when on duty, disclosure of this type of information to
any person below your rank, or civilian, will result in a suspension, or termination of your
services in the FBI.
19). On duty agents must make a case file / report of any major crime that they have witnessed.
20). When contacting higher up members of the department, you must follow the structural
hierarchy. Don’t go straight to the Director, unless it is very important. This same hierarchy
also goes for respect. Do not disrespect anybody, especially a higher up employee
