Complaints And Suggestions

 

Thank you for taking the time to visit this section. If you are here to complain about

one of our agents, or the experience you had with the FBI that you are not happy with.

Let us please assure you that we will respond and look at this complaint thouroughly.

We appreciate you bringing whatever complaint we have against our name to

attention, as this enables us to make sure incidents do not happen again. Here is a

word from our Director: "It has come to my attention that some officers and agents in

my department across lakeside valley make mistakes. Of course these are rarely large

mistakes, such as in a firefight, or tactical situatuion, but rather, the attitude they have

towards people on the street. Let me assure you that when the complaints

department brings something to my attention, i will make the agent redo training

where they have slipped up, until they reach a 100% mark".
